Grace Oriel is the owner of Nataraja Studios, a world fusion dance studio that offers eclectic and comprehensive classes for all ages and levels. Nataraja Studios also offers a music and healing space that is uplifting and welcoming. Grace Co-Founded Nataraja Dance Company, a Contemporary Fusion Belly Dance Project that originated in Santa Fe, NM, in 2011, and is now located in Burlington, VT. She offers classes, workshops, and performances weekly.
Grace is a charismatic and passionate dancer who teaches Tribal Fusion, Egyptian, Cabaret, ATS, ITS, and Belly Dance Fusion Forms, including many Hip-Hop elements, Flamenco, Contemporary, Odyssey, Hula, Yoga, and Dance Therapeutics.
Grace is certified in Rachel Brice's 8-Elements Initiation Certification, SEEDs Mentorship Program, Hot Pot Studios ITS Unmata Style, and is in the process of certifying in Dance Therapeutics.
Grace's Bachelor's Degree specializes in Young Women's Development, Dance Movement Therapy, and Non-Profit Business Management.
Grace has Choreographed and Performed for multiple Events, Festivals, and Large Productions. Some of these events include:
Arise Festival, Unify Festival, Santa Fe Music Festival, Live As One, Sacred Body, Tribal Fest, Stellar Advantage, Elevation Belly Dance Festival, and more. Grace has also Performed on Stages such as The Lensic Stage, The James A Little Theatre, Boulder Theatre, The Ogden Theatre, and The Denver Convention Center. Grace Oriel has performed with many talented and well-known artists including, George Clinton and The P Funks, Burning Spears, Base Nectar, Dessert Dwellers,
Sage Gray, The Khans, Unmata, Rachel Brice, Mosaic Dance Company, Crescent Dance Project, and many more.
Grace is an experienced professional performer and producer. She has taught adult classes and young women's mentorship programs in multiple levels and styles for over 14 years. Grace is available for workshops, music videos, performances, and events.
